One of My Favorite Quotes...

“The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.”

2008 Chargers Season just around the corner…

You know football season is just around the corner when you’ve just received your season tickets for 2008. That’s the 2008 San Diego Chargers season tickets to be exact. There’s not much football talk going on right now, except the Favre issue. But now that I’ve received these tickets and so will other Charger Fans, the excitement will surely grow. Not just us Charger Fans, but other fans from other teams as well. Man, this is going to be another great season…

I received my tickets today (2008.07.17) and wasn’t really expecting them this soon. And it really caught me off guard. I remember receiving my 2006 and 2007 tickets a week or two before the first pre-season game. So, you can imagine how excited I was when I got them.

As I open the envelope that it was mailed in, I pulled out another envelope that contained the tickets. A navy blue Chargers letter sized envelope with a slogan/design that states “This is Game Day 2008”. A bit different from the other slogans/trademarks, “Sound the Charge” or “Ready to Strike” from the previous seasons. It also doesn’t have that aggressive feeling, but does have that feeling that they’re all business, no games, type of attitude. Maybe that’s something we’re missing…

Now, on to the ticket photos… this is a photo of the 2 season packs with tickets to all the home games, including the 2 pre-season games. I personally like the design. It really brings back memories with the photos from previous games designed onto the tickets. There is even a different quote under the main photo/image on the game tickets too. Pretty cool, if you ask me…

  1. Shading code extends that aren't vital yet you might want to do, including nonessential home change activities, for example, repainting a room, planting blooms or changing drawer pulls on cupboards.
