Found some business cards on Flickr...
There’s something about translucent business cards that intrigues me. Maybe it’s the design limitations that one has to look into when designing one. Maybe it’s the challenge of creating a simple design that works not only from the front, but needs to also work from the back. Whatever it is, it grabs my attention and I’m sure it’ll grab whoever receives them for the first time as well.
It’s not everyday you see business cards like these. I think it has a lot to do with business cards being printed for cheap these days. For the amount you would pay for a full tank of gas would get you well over a thousand cards. So, it’s kind of refreshing to see these cards, even though it isn’t new.
One of My Favorite Quotes...
“The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.”
