Well, it’s fire season for us located in Southern California. These canyon fires are nothing new for us living in the Bay Terrace/Paradise Hills area, but sometimes it does hit home. I took a series of photos as a couple of these “Super Scoopers” flew right above us on their way to the Sweetwater Reservoir for refills yesterday. And wow, they got real close as you can see from the photo. I couldn’t get it the first time when they even got closer. Picture that...

One of My Favorite Quotes...
“The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.”
