On the Fourth of July, we kept it simple. And what better way to celebrate this great nation's holiday? Do some grillin' with the people you care about. And that's what we did and this is how we do. So, here are some flicks that I took with the BlackBerry as we did some grillin' in the backyard...
The photos above is a) scallops, b) short ribs and c) shrimp on a stick. What can I say, home cooked meals ROCK! And the simplicity of the food with its ingredients is what do you say? Pure GENIOUS! Sometimes being too complicated has its downfalls and most of the time are its downfall. That is all...
One of My Favorite Quotes...
“The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.”
