One of My Favorite Quotes...

“The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.”

Lunch: Manila Sunset's Pancit Malabon

This lunch and photo was done and taken sometime last week. So for lunch, we're having Pancit Malabon from Manila Sunset in National City. This happens to be my favorite type/kind of pancit even though it can be pretty difficult to eat as it slips and slides off your eating utensil. Many places offer the pancit malabon, but they really aren't that good compared to the Manila Sunset offerings...

First things that come out of my mouth when the Manila Sunset's Pancit Malabon subject comes along is YUM. My mouth is salivating at the thought of this delicious Filipino dish. Manila Sunset also sells Bibingkas, which is also a favorite of mine and also something they are known for. Too bad I didn't take a picture of them, cause it would of looked great right along with the pancit malabon. That'll be a post on this blog for another day...

I really can't say much about their other offerings, since that's basically the only thing we go there for. But if their food is as good as their pancit malabon and babingkas, I wouldn't hesitate to try the other dishes. Now we just got to find time to go out there and give it a shot. So, happy eating...
