Here are more photos of Kappa Sushi's offerings that I had during their happy hour. These were taken a week or so ago and finally found the time to share them. If you aren't aware of Kappa Sushi, they're located in Mira Mesa/Scripps Poway area in the same shopping complex as Trader Joes. Address provided at the end of the post. So, here are the pics from the BlackBerry...
Above: First is the Dragon Roll with shrimp tempura, cucumber, and avocado roll topped with freshwater eel, avocado and eel sauce. Next is the Creamy Mermaid and that's a jumbo shrimp and cream cheese spring roll served with a wasabi cocktail sauce.
Above: We got the Manini Sashimi that came with 12 pieces. And then we got the Salmon Skin Roll, which is crispy salmon skin, cucumbers, sprouts, yamagobo, and bonito flakes.
Above: The last photos are the Sancho Roll and Unagi Roll. The Sancho Roll is grilled jumbo shrimp, blue crab, avocado and roll topped with blackened seared albacore served with a warm jalapeno garlic ponzu dipping sauce. The Unagi Roll is freshwater eel, cucumbers and avocado.
I really love the food here. There's not much to say other than read my previous posts on Kappa Sushi and just head over there and try them out. Everything I've tried has been great and well worth it and worth the drive. I promise...

One of My Favorite Quotes...
“The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.”
